DO NOT EVER GET AN IMPLANON IMPLANT PUT IN YOUR ARM.

I took mine out in April last year and have had 1 period since. I am now looking at going on hormone therapy just to have my periods restarted. On top of all my other shit, this is something else I don't need.

When I had it put in I thought it was great, I'd have no period for 3 years and then within 24hrs of having the implant taken out, everything would be back to normal, well, guess what, It didn't work out that way. I had my period every 6 weeks until I thought I'd fallen pregnant and had 3 major blood clots that scared me that much I made my GP take the implant out.

He said within 24hrs everything would be back to normal and yet I had that period in April and another one in August and that has been it. I've still got all the symptoms of having the implant in my arm, the moody, bitchyness and over eating thing with no period, so if I haven't had a period by the 8th of March, it looks like I have to go on hormone replacement therapy at 35 just to get my periods back to normal.

I hate technology sometimes.

How could I forget today not only is the day that Peter Brock died a year ago to the day but it is also tha day that mum died in 1998.

Boy did that year suck. Loosing mum, Christian, Matt's nanna and his father, all in one year within a 5 month period.

I love ya mum and miss your cuddles.

 As everyone knows, we named our son Brock after Peter and when he died, it ripped our hearts out.  Now a year on, nothing has really changed, it still hurts but in time that will pass. At least little brock is into cars as well as his mummy and daddy, he's even claimed the commodore wagon as his own, hahaha!

I hope your resting in peace Peter and thank you for a terrific name for our son.

    Lately we've been listening to Brock trying to sing nursery rhymes but like all little kids, the words never come out the way they are supposed too so I've decided to share his version with you, here goes:
